On April 21^st, accompanied by the leaders of Beijing Social Organizations Office, the director of the Hangzhou non-governmental organizations bureau Wang Muqing and other related leaders visited BCA. The executive vice chairperson of BCA Zhu Rongxian and vice chairperson of BCA Yang Decheng were in charge of receiving them. BCA introduced the basic situation, and the leaders hoped to strengthen the communication.
