On January 24^th, the executive deputy chairperson of BCA Lei Zhanquan and the deputy secretary general of BCA Zhang Kunyi met with the general inspector of China Project Department of Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Situ Binbin and the adviser of He Hao. They talked about the cooperation feasibility on education and medical treatment.
