On the morning of January 29th, BCA held the third session of BCA 3rd Chairperson Conference. The chairperson of BCA Wang Changlian, the executive deputy chairperson of BCA Li Jianhua, Lei Zhanquan, Zhu Rongxian, the deputy chairperson of BCA Zhang Fengchao, Jin Dapeng, Zhu Ercheng, Luo Qing, Yang Decheng, the secretary general of BCA Tang Yin and the leaders of district charity associations attended the conference.
The host was the secretary general Tang Yin. The chairperson Lei Zhanquan made the report of 2009’s summary and 2010’s scheme. In 2009, BCA got remarkable achievements on raising fund, relieving projects, propagating charity and inspecting projects. In 2010, BCA would continue to carry out the scientific outlook on development, raising fund, relieving and establishing the system of BCA and charity work.
The leaders of the charity associations of Dongcheng District, Changping District and Mentougou District all made speeches in the conference. Dongcheng District Charity Association introduced the experience on relief of meeting an urgent. ChangPing Charity Association introduced the raising fund activities of “seven one”. Mentougou District Charity Association introduced the circumstances of caring out medical card project after adjusting.
The leaders brought up suggests for BCA’s development. The deputy secretary of Beijing Democratic League Zhu Ercheng, the former CPC secretary of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People’s Government of Beijing Municipality Zhang Fengchao, the deputy secretary of Beijing Zhi Gong Party Xie Chaohua and the former CPC secretary of Beijing Municipality Finance Bureau Luo Qing made speeches on the conference.
At last, the chairperson Wang Changlian made the speech. He approved the achievement of BCA in 2009. There are four key points in 2009. First, BCA innovated the method of raising fund, improved the long term donation and established the donating brand activities. Second, the relief projects of BCA not only were improved but also reformment. Third, the effect of establishing capital charity system was outstanding. Fourth, the propaganda work was strengthening. In 2010, BCA also need to pay attention on 4 aspects. First, BCA would continue establishing raising fund plate and explore long term donation in order to innovate raising fund. Second, BCA should continue to improve the donating brand project and developing new projects. Third, BCA would strengthen propaganda work. Fourth, BCA should continue to strengthen the construction of BCA.
